SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide from our base in the UK, bringing beautiful vintage pieces to collectors and lovers of pre-loved fashion everywhere.

Processing Time All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

UK Delivery We ship via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Europe Delivery to Europe typically takes 5–10 business days. Please be aware that since Brexit, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any customs delays.

Rest of the World International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processes. Import duties, taxes, and any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging Every order is packaged with care to protect your piece during transit. High-value items are sent with appropriate insurance and signature-on-delivery where possible.
